''Gli Stati Uniti - ha detto Obama - sono orgogliosi di avere fornito assistenza tecnica, insieme alle Nazioni Unite ed altre organizzazioni internazionali, alla commissione elettorale irachena che ha agito in modo professionale in circostanze difficili''.

Kenya: incendio camion, 111 morti

(ANSA) - MOLO (KENYA), 1 FEB - E' salito a 111 morti il bilancio dell'incendio scoppiato ieri in Kenya dopo che una autocisterna ha rovesciato a terra carburante. Un camion cisterna e' uscito di strada ieri nei pressi della citta' di Molo, versando a terra benzina che ha preso fuoco mentre centinaia di persone si affollavano intorno al mezzo per fare rifornimento gratis. I soccorritori hanno detto che qualcuno potrebbe aver gettato accidentalmente una sigaretta a terra.

Il ct Lippi: 'E' assurdo che giovani che non hanno mai avuto niente a che vedere con problemi di doping vedano danneggiata la loro carriera per un ritardo di 20' giustificato da societa', presidente e allenatore'. A favore del ritardo di 15' delle partite si sono schierati anche Ancelotti ('andava fatto'), Prandelli ('squalifica eccessiva') e Mourinho.
